To accelerate this exciting development, we are seeking a creative and results-oriented Strategic Email Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing team. This new position will report directly to the Marketing Director/VP of Marketing and will elevate our brand’s digital communication strategies and content marketing capabilities to a new level. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive email marketing and content strategies for our integrated marketing campaigns and rich content needs.
As a Strategic Email Marketing Manager, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Email Channel Performance and Strategy: Crafting effective email marketing strategies, producing original content tailored to the target audience, and utilizing advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to achieve business objectives (e.g., customer acquisition, increasing loyalty, sales), and continuously maximizing email channel performance.
- Campaign Management and Calendar: Creating, managing, and effectively communicating detailed Email Marketing campaign calendars synchronized with all marketing activities and deadlines to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Working in close collaboration with relevant business units such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and external vendors like agencies, meticulously managing mailing processes, creative material deliveries, Quality Assurance (QA) testing, and project timelines.
- Content Quality and Brand Compliance: Ensuring all prepared email content (text, visuals, calls-to-action) is grammatically correct, accurate, and fully compliant with brand identity and campaign objectives, performing meticulous final checks.
- Performance Analysis, Reporting, and Optimization: Conducting detailed analysis of email campaigns based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports, and identifying continuous improvement and optimization opportunities from the data obtained.
- Data Management and Archiving: Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive information and archiving system for email campaign results, market analyses, target audience behaviors, A/B test results, and utilized creative materials.
- Regulatory Compliance and Reputation Management: Proactively monitoring and minimizing unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint rates; ensuring full compliance with national and international spam and data protection regulations such as KVKK, GDPR.
- Industry Trends and Innovation: Closely following the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in email marketing, digital marketing automation, and content marketing; presenting innovative ideas and recommendations for integration into Oncall Language Services strategies.
- Agility and Adaptability: Responding flexibly andSwiftly to changing priorities and emerging opportunities in line with the dynamic nature of the marketing world.
- Developing Effective Campaigns: Designing, launching, and managing creative email marketing campaigns that add value to the target audience, generate high engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 5-8+ years of strategic and operational experience in email marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing automation.
- Preferably, experience in the language services, technology, or international services sector; (Optional: Experience in the RPO/BPO sector and knowledge of industry trends).
- Openness to change, proactive, results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and complex tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with different departments and management levels.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations on marketing strategies, campaign results, and industry analyses.
- A work discipline that emphasizes attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture and strategic goals.
- Team-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a positive attitude.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with leading email marketing platforms (especially HubSpot), CRM, and digital marketing analytics tools.
